reamwork is the process of understanding what underlying messages your dreams have to tell you.  Dreams communicate in the universal language of symbols, allowing for rich depth of exploration.  Dreams are “worked” either in a group or one-on-one setting, within the context that ALL dreams come to us in the service of healing and wholeness.  No one can tell you what your dreams mean; only you know the meanings of your dreams.  The process of Dreamwork allows the dreamer to benefit from the “ah has”  s/he experiences as a guide to the truth, while offering the chance for everyone involved access to their own truths, aiding in healing and wholeness for all.

piritual Direction is the process of working with someone trained to meet you where you are and companion you on your spiritual journey.  Spiritual Direction can happen in a group or one-on-one setting.  Spiritual Direction is not proselytizing.  It is guiding, meeting and helping you discover the movements of Spirit, God, the Source in your life.  Even if you have no affiliation to a particular faith tradition; if you describe yourself a “spiritual but not religious;” or if you believe yourself not to be spiritual at all, Spiritual Direction allows you to work with those bigger, sometimes unanswerable questions in our lives.  What is my purpose?  Why am I on this path, in this life?  How do I bring more joy to my life? What is truth and Truth?
